Artist's Comments

I got the name for this one from a song by "Despised Icon"
This piece was really fun to do. It's supposed to be a monolithic structure, like some kind of huge temple or capitol building. The city built around the structure is located within an even more gigantic canyon/valley.

Very nice work, man. I love the rounded shapes used for the city. Was this work digital, or traditional?

This reminds me of a mix between Star Wars and a General Electric commercial! :D Really unique design with a lot of detail and nice sense of depth and space! Excellent piece and congratulations on the DD!

...Why am I thinking of Coruscant?

I have walked the edge of the Abyss.
I have witnessed countless empires break before me.
I have seen the most courageous soldiers fall away in fear.
I was there with the Angel at the tomb
